• Create projects and generate AI-powered scopes of works via Suddeco AI.
• Contact and communicate with professionals through our messaging system.
• Purchase credits to access premium AI features.
• Leave reviews for professionals you have worked with.

Important: All AI-generated content, including scopes of works and cost estimates, is provided as guidance only. You should always consult with qualified professionals before making decisions about construction work. Suddeco does not replace professional advice.

4. Professional Use

As a professional, you may use the Platform to:

• Create and maintain a professional profile with your qualifications and portfolio.
• Respond to homeowner enquiries and submit quotes.
• Upload project showcases to demonstrate your work.
• Connect with other professionals, service providers, and subcontractors.
• Access AI tools for project estimation and scope analysis.
• Receive job alerts matching your skills and location.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the Platform, including but not limited to profile information, project details, photographs, reviews, and messages.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and share the content.
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
• The content is accurate and not misleading.
• The content does not contain any offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate scopes of works, cost estimates, professional recommendations, and other content. You acknowledge that:
